How can I wash the critters?

Keep it simple. Cold water, gentle soap and gentle cycle. (we recommend putting your critter  in a lingerie bag or pillow case) this prevents the washing machine agitator from beating up the poor little guy. Line dry or dry flat.

What are they stuffed with?

We use poly-fill. This is made from recycled plastic bottles. This creates the softest snuggle buddy. Helping us reach sustainability and tackle the plastic problem while creating eco-friendly products. Washable fill that's good for you and the environment.

Where are they made? 

They are individually handmade in my studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I create all products by hand at this time.

Are they safe for babies?

The critters are suitable for all ages. We do recommend that Cheddar the Cat and Cheeks the Monkey are given to children over 3 years old (as children that are teething like to gnaw on anything) due to these two animals having tails that could present a problem for children under 3 years old. We don't use buttons or plastic for eyes or anybody part. All features are made from soft materials and sewn.

How do you ship the critters? 

I make all critters by hand and that takes about one week. I ship on Monday, Wed and Friday. Once it leaves the studio our shipping can take 7 to 10 days for domestic orders.  Exceptions to Hawaii. 

For domestic orders under $120.00 we offer $ 7-10.00 for ground shipping (7 to 10 days). For Priority Shipping $12.00 (2-3 days). Orders over $120.00 free shipping! We base the shipping on dollar amount and use reduce rate shipping.

Due to Covid-19, USPS and other carriers are experiencing delays that may affect your order. Once the package leaves my studio in Santa Fe we do not have control over the shipping timeline. I do my best to get the packages shipped in a timely manner. Before placing your order please ensure all products and shipping details are correct to prevent further delays. Thank You for your understanding and patience during this time.

Do you take custom orders?
